## Description

We are seeking a Targeting Officer to join our team in Northern Virginia. As a Targeting Officer, you will guide and monitor the execution of collection operations and integrate that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. You will communicate this narrative regularly to a wide audience of stakeholders, in written form and verbally in both formal and ad-hoc briefings.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying gaps in information and taking proactive steps to address those gaps

- Working collaboratively in a team environment, often under high stress

- Thinking critically and communicating highly complex information accurately, clearly, and in the proper context of a larger effort

- Drafting and disseminating written RFIs

- Delivering concise briefings confidently and clearly

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask

- Ability to work in high-stress environments

- Experience with targeting tools, databases, all-source targeting methodologies, and different intel sources

- Valid driver's license with real ID

- Bachelor's degree and at least 2-4 years of full-time professional experience, or Master's degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience

We offer a salary range of $59,150.00 - $106,925.00.
