## Description

We are seeking a Field Training Manager to manage the education and development of store-based Managers and Artists in Spain and Portugal.

As a Field Training Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and delivering training programs to ensure that store-based Managers and Artists have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service

- Managing the Learning Management System to track training progress and ensure that all employees are up-to-date on required training

- Collaborating with the Field Sales Manager to develop a people plan and strategy for the area

- Providing coaching and feedback to store-based Managers and Artists to help them improve their performance

- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience working in the beauty industry

- Proven experience in coaching and delivering high-performance results

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to build capability to drive growth

- Ability to identify training needs and develop content and coaching to meet those needs

- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality

- Positive approach and independent working style

- Fluency in English and Spanish
