## Description

The Pharmacy Practice Manager role at Asda is a hybrid position focusing on patient care and commercial goals. You will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for delivering pharmacy-related targets, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and ensuring excellent patient experiences and high standards of professional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team

- Ensuring exceptional patient safety and experience

- Supporting and developing direct reports and locums

- Maintaining high standards of professional customer service and compliance with GPhC operating standards

Requirements:

- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC

- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare

- Experience in line management and pharmacy practice

- Ability to balance clinical and managerial responsibilities

- Strong leadership and communication skills

Rota: Week 1: Sunday 09:00-21:00, Monday 09:00-21:00, Tuesday 09:00-21:00, Thursday 09:00-21:00 Week 2: Tuesday 09:00-21:00, Wednesday 09:00-21:00, Friday 09:00-21:00
