## Description

We are looking for a creative and independent Product Engineer in Hsinchu, Taiwan. As a Product Development Engineer, you will play a key role in developing new GPU products, architecting, designing, and implementing efficient manufacturing test processes. Your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing test processes to improve manufacturing efficiency, analyzing product yield limiters, and driving resolution of failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).

Your tasks will also involve defining product test requirements, driving NPI bring up, validation, and characterization for smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites. You will influence and optimize the accurate placement of test coverage across our test and supply chain to reduce cost and production waste.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics, with 2+ years of experience in post-silicon characterization, correlation, qualification, and debug. You should be knowledgeable in the area of ATE testing, DFT methodology, and CMOS device physics.

**Responsibilities:**

- Architect, design, and implement efficient manufacturing test processes for our state-of-the-art GPU chips

- Identify and implement test processes to improve manufacturing efficiency for our latest GPU architectures

- Analyze product yield limiters and drive resolution of failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)

- Define product test requirements and drive NPI bring up, validation, and characterization for smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites

- Influence and optimize the accurate placement of test coverage across our test and supply chain to reduce cost and production waste

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics
