## Description

You will oversee teams and contractors building critical power generation infrastructure in a fast-moving, mission-critical environment. This includes concrete foundations, structural pours, underground electrical conduits/piping, turbine and generator supports, process equipment foundations, cooling systems, and related utilities.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating concrete pouring, forming, finishing, and underground utility installations; managing and scheduling contractors, subcontractors, and on-site night shift crews; ensuring all contractors adhere to scope; monitoring daily progress of power plant construction; developing and enforcing aggressive construction schedules; championing and enforcing xAI's safety program; leading, training, and supervising foremen and crews on the night shift; and resolving on-site challenges.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing construction teams with strong emphasis on concrete work and underground utilities for large-scale industrial projects, and 5+ years direct hands-on experience in concrete pouring, forming, finishing, and underground infrastructure. A postsecondary diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field is preferred.
