## Description

We are seeking a Structured Credit Services - CLO Specialist (Associate - AVP) to join our team at Deutsche Bank in Santa Ana, CA.

Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank is a market leader in cash management, trade finance, lending, securities services, and Trust & Agency Services. Our Trust and Securities Services team has long been recognized as a leader in the provision of administrative and fiduciary services to the global debt and equities markets.

As a CLO Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for the Corporate Trust Senior Analyst and will have a deep understanding of Bank Loans, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), and other complex fixed income structures. You will work closely with internal support staff, client services specialists, portfolio accounting analysts, and external clients and agent banks to facilitate the setup and maintenance of syndicated bank loan facilities for the Structured Credit Services group.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supporting the Corporate Trust US business across a portfolio of CLO deals within Structured Finance vertical

- Accurately creating and maintaining master security of fixed income instruments, including syndicated bank loan facilities

- Independently sourcing information from external market data providers

- Reviewing and investigating accrual and position information on internal platforms

- Oversight and management of key projects across CLO/BLS

- Investigating discrepancies raised by CLO Specialist and resolving breaks

**Requirements:**

- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA a plus

- Moderate experience in CLO bank loans and moderate experience managing medium-size teams

- Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles

- General understanding of structured credit products

- Fluent written and spoken English

- Familiarity with Solvas or Wall Street Office (WSO)

- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and work as part of a team as well as individually

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows

The salary range for this position in California is $75,000 - $146,000.
