## Description

In this position, you will support the Operating System of the Global Supply Chain Business Office by driving operational excellence through standardized processes, cross-functional alignment, and advanced digital solutions. This role is a key enabler to the Supply Chain leadership team, ensuring efficient execution and agility through technology-driven transformation.

The Supply Chain Analyst will identify process gaps, translate strategic priorities into scalable workflows, and architect the tools and backend systems that enable execution at scale. This role requires a strong builder mindset, with emphasis on developing technical solutions that modernize and streamline supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Design and implement standardized operating rhythms supported by digital tools and automated workflows

- Develop data-driven dashboards and reporting solutions to drive alignment and visibility across supply chain functions

- Lead process optimization efforts by eliminating manual work and deploying scalable, system-based solutions

- Identify tooling gaps and design/build backend systems, integrations, and automation frameworks from scratch

- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, HR, and Product Development to align tools, data, and processes

You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in supply chain, business operations, analytics, or technical roles in a complex organization. You will also have expertise in SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, as well as experience with data platforms, analytics tools, and automation technologies.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
