## Description

As Manager Plant Quality, you are responsible for ensuring optimal product and process quality and food safety within our plant. You implement and monitor international standards, legislation, customer requirements, and internal quality guidelines. You are part of the core management team of the plant and contribute to strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the annual quality plan in line with corporate strategy.

- Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with BRC/IFS and HACCP and other relevant regulations.

- Lead and coach the QA team of five employees and the QC Supervisor, who oversees approximately 11 QC employees.

- Initiate improvement projects and analyse complaints to achieve structural solutions.

- Prepare and accompany internal and external audits, such as SQMS, BRC, SMETA, Halal etc.

- Report on quality and food safety performance to Plant Manager and Corporate QA.

What you bring:

- Bachelor's/WO degree in Quality Management, Food Technology, Process Technology or equivalent.

- At least 8–10 years of experience in a quality environment, preferably in the food industry.

- Thorough knowledge of quality and food safety standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP).

- Extensive experience in leading and organising customer audits

- At least 3 years of experience in leadership.

- Good command of Dutch and English.
