## Description

We are seeking a Country Business Head to lead our Trust and Securities Services (TSS) franchise in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for the P&L, client strategy, regulatory and market engagement, and delivery of the local business plan aligned to regional and global objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Own the P&L for the local TSS book of accounts and drive delivery of business objectives.

- Lead the local team to execute strategy and ensure alignment with broader bank and TSS goals.

- Manage key client relationships through regular engagement, service reviews, and resolution of day-to-day queries and escalations.

- Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual MIS and executive updates, including strategic materials.

- Serve as local point of contact with regulators and authorities on custody and post-trade matters.

- Maintain relationships with market participants and manage the brokerage community.

- Partner with TSS Product to develop and enhance the custody/service offering.

- Act as SME for post-trade settlement, liaising between global product teams and local market needs.

- Coordinate with Operations/back office to ensure smooth processing, reconciliation, timely settlement, and issue resolution.

- Drive risk management and control environment, including audit readiness, risk assessments, and business continuity planning.

- Oversee client onboarding and documentation.

- Support growth through sales enablement.

**Requirements:**

- 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in securities services, post-trade business.

- Saudi CME Exam cleared.

- In-depth knowledge of clearing and settlement, global custody, fund administration processes, depository receipts, agency services.

- Ability to work to critical deadlines and manage priorities with internal key stakeholders.

- Possess skills for relationship management, teamwork, and IT systems.

- Ability to manage complex projects and client demands.

- Self-driven and motivated, able to motivate and influence others.

- Experience at an international banking institution.

- Middle East experience or regional coverage advantageous.

- English with Arabic language skills advantageous.
