## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Makeup Training Leader to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury in Monterrey, Mexico.

As a Makeup Training Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of artists and providing exceptional customer service, while driving sales and promoting the brand.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading by example and demonstrating exceptional artistic skills and product knowledge

- Developing and implementing training programs for the team

- Driving sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Collaborating with the education manager to identify development needs and opportunities

- Providing coaching and feedback to team members

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in counter management or similar role

- Pro Makeup Artist certification

- Portfolio of makeup work

- Certification in bridal and social makeup

- Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel training

- Passion for the beauty industry and talent development

- Experience in personnel management and commercial acumen

- Expertise in managing KPIs and using Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- High-level experience with CRM software
