## Description

We are seeking a Digital Sales Account Manager to work onsite in Spring, Texas. The successful candidate will manage a set of assigned or acquired accounts, build and maintain sales pipeline, create account plans, and work closely with company outside sales, channel partners, and end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.

Responsibilities:

- Sell moderately complex solutions, products, and services for assigned accounts

- Create account plans for medium to high complexity accounts

- Generate, qualify, and review new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure

- Understand client requirements and competitively position company solutions

- Build targeted sales pipeline and forecast data-driven sales activities

Education and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field

- 3+ years of sales experience

Knowledge and Skills:

- Proficient account management, acquisition, retention, and development skills

- Proficient understanding of company's portfolios of products and services

- Proficient knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products, and services

- Proficient communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to collaborate within a team and lead a sub-team

- Proficient knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce
