## Description

We are seeking a scientific assistant to support our Corporate Law / M&A team at our Frankfurt office starting January 2027. As a scientific assistant, you will work on challenging mandates and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- National and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and transactions in regulated markets

- Corporate restructuring and development of group structures

- Advising management bodies on strategic decisions and complex corporate governance issues

- Advising on shareholder meetings and defending companies against subsequent shareholder claims
