## Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic and organised Purchasing Specialist to join our team in Villawood. As a key member of our Purchasing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our production teams have the right ingredients and packaging, right on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage orders, communicate with suppliers, and coordinate logistics to maintain smooth production flow.

- Provide operational support by maintaining accurate data and resolving day-to-day production issues.

- Uphold Lush's ethical and sustainability standards as a brand ambassador.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or administrative roles.

- Experience with MRP systems.

- Manufacturing environment experience (ideal).

- Excellent communication and listening skills.

- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar applications.

- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.

- Full working rights in Australia.
