## Description

We are seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow. This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours a week. As a Senior Registered Nurse in the Oncology department, you will deliver Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) safely and effectively in line with national guidance, local policies, and competency frameworks.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver SACT safely and effectively

- Undertake comprehensive patient assessments

- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior nurses and support staff

- Support induction, supervision, and competency assessment of nursing staff

- Ensure compliance with SACT governance frameworks

- Participate in clinical audit, incident reporting, and investigation

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration

- Significant post-registration experience in oncology nursing

- Level 6 or 7 qualification in the administration of SACT

- Proven experience delivering SACT independently and safely

- Strong understanding of oncology pathways, treatment regimens, and supportive care

- Demonstrable knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety, and medicines management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
