We are looking for a Measurement Technician QS Composite to join our team at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland.

As a Measurement Technician QS Composite, you will be responsible for inspection and measurement of vehicle parts made of fiber-reinforced composites, as well as associated components, laminating molds, and fixtures in the production process using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners, and handheld measuring tools.

Your tasks will include:

- Inspection and measurement of vehicle parts made of fiber-reinforced composites, as well as associated components, laminating molds, and fixtures in the production process using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners, and handheld measuring tools

- Identification of parts that do not conform to drawings

- Preparation, documentation, and creation of measurement programs and test reports

- Recording and processing of error reports in the quality system

- Collaboration with Production Engineering, Design, and Production to ensure the efficient execution of measurement tasks

- Point of contact and support for various departments regarding measurement and drafting issues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Successful completion of basic technical training and experience in quality assurance

- Experience with 3D measuring arms and excellent knowledge of Polyworks software

- Experience using standard hand-held measuring tools

- Strong ability to read technical drawings – ISO/GPS 8015

- Knowledge of composite component manufacturing is a plus

- AUKOM Level 1 & 2 certification is desirable, or comparable training

- SAP knowledge is a plus

- Structured, precise, and independent work style

- High resilience and flexibility, as well as willingness to work in a two-shift system

- Business-level proficiency in German or English, as well as a willingness to learn basic skills in the other language, are required
