## Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Kernersville. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and large format accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics

- Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit

- Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange

- Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale materials are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards

- Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness

- Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales

- Collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs

- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License

- Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Experience in merchandising is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English language skills; additional languages an advantage
