## Description

We are seeking an Intermediate / Experienced Electrical BIM Revit Modeler to join our Buildings Mechanical & Electrical Transportation Group. You will play a crucial role in delivering complex transit and transportation facility projects across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and 3D model electrical power distribution systems, including circuiting, conduit and duct bank routing, bonding and grounding, lightning protection, emergency power systems, UPS, generators, and fire alarm systems.

- Perform basic design and 3D modeling for interior and exterior lighting, including fixture selection and lighting controls.

- Prepare detailed system and equipment installation drawings for project submission packages.

- Collaborate with electrical engineers and senior designers to provide technical design input and system concepts.

- Uphold and apply WSP's BIM standards, policies, and procedures.

- Coordinate with offshore design teams for integrated project delivery.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in BIM, ACC, automation, and digital delivery technologies to contribute to continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and/or lighting design, CAD, BIM 3D Revit Modeling, and use of Autodesk Collaboration Cloud (ACC).

- Strong knowledge of power distribution, circuiting, and conduit/duct bank sizing.

- Familiarity with lighting systems, fixture selection, and lighting controls.

- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM add-ins; experience with Dynamo scripting and Civil 3D is an asset.

- Experience with National or Regional BIM standards and digital design automation is considered an advantage.
