## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll work early mornings, from 05:00-09:00, Monday to Sunday, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods. As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and contribute to a positive in-store environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to drive sales growth and achieve customer satisfaction

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic retail setting

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old due to health and safety regulations

- Be digitally confident and comfortable using technology to support customers

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
