## Description

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive, Commercial Sales (GRB) to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing sales plans, proposing new customers, and upselling/cross-selling existing customers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop sales plans and proposals for assigned territories

- Collaborate with marketing, inside sales, channel sales, and partners to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships

- Provide trusted advisor services to customers, focusing on their challenges and future goals

- Develop skills in proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals

Requirements:

- 3+ years of corporate sales experience

- Experience with personal sales targets and achieving them

- New sales territory experience

- Strong self-growth motivation and adaptability

Nice to Have:

- Experience with solution-based selling

- Knowledge of enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, BI, SCM, PLM

- Familiarity with new technologies such as smartphones, tablets, business applications, and social media
