## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work early mornings, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 04:00 to 08:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and ensure customers feel valued. You'll be resilient, digitally confident, and a team player.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
