Join Razer's global mission to revolutionise the way the world games as a Senior Community Specialist. You will build and nurture online communities for Razer's games, working with cross-functional teams to engage players, foster a positive environment, and drive loyalty.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop community strategies to drive player engagement, loyalty, and retention

- Manage community interactions across social media, forums, Discord, Twitch, and other channels

- Engage with players through livestreams, discussions, and in-game activities

- Plan and execute community events, contests, and campaigns

- Respond to player inquiries and feedback

- Monitor community health metrics and provide actionable insights

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and publishing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies

- Represent the player perspective and communicate community feedback internally

- Manage community issues with clear and empathetic communication

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

**Requirements:**

- 5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field

- Passion for gaming and understanding of player psychology and online communities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong copywriting skills

- Proficiency in social media platforms

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
