Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Trafford Centre, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. We're looking for down-to-earth colleagues who thrive under pressure, deliver five-star service at pace, and embrace the transformation we're driving.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide remarkable service to make sure customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

**Working Hours:**

- Monday: 12:00–18:00

- Tuesday: 18:00–00:00

- Thursday: 12:00–18:00

- Friday: 12:00–18:00

- Saturday: 12:00–18:00

**Additional Information:**

- The role involves working late nights, so applicants must be 18 years or older

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

- Successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
