## Description

We are looking for an AI Engineering Manager to join the Finance AI team at NVIDIA. In this role, you'll lead a small team of AI engineers building AI solutions for Finance and evaluating vendor-driven finance AI solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Partner with the CFO org to find high-value problems and turn them into AI applications, agents, and automation.

- Set the technical direction and quality bar for Finance AI.

- Stay hands-on, reviewing designs and code, making technical calls, and setting engineering quality standards.

- Own the technical evaluation of new external AI vendors.

- Scale the team's output as AI adoption spreads across Finance.

**Requirements:**

- Experience leading engineering teams that ship production software.

- Hands-on depth building AI systems and fluency in data and system architecture.

- Track record of delivering technology against real business problems in finance or a data-rich, regulated domain.

- 10+ years in software/AI engineering, including time leading teams and owning technical delivery.

- 2+ years of leadership experience.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field.

**Nice to Have:**

- Clear communicator who moves fluidly between engineers and finance/business leaders.

- Experience running formal vendor evaluations, POCs, or build-vs-buy analyses.

- Enthusiastic consumer of the latest AI research and product releases.

NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 2, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 3.
