## Description

We are seeking a KYC Operations Specialist to join our Corporate Operations team, specializing in Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering.

The KYC Operations function is responsible for onboarding and customer risk assessments, generating MI reports, SLA and critical metric execution, quality control and quality assurance execution. You will also contribute to operational training design and delivery.

Our team operates on a hybrid workstyle, with 3 days in the office, and works from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (Sri Lankan Time).

**Responsibilities:**

- Contribute to KYC operations execution related workflows

- Assist in day-to-day operations of KYC Ops team

- Learn and gain knowledge on London Stock Exchange's and Refinitiv's product offerings

- Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients

**Requirements:**

- Part or fully qualified degree in Financial Management or equivalent professional qualification

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software package

- Excellent command in English, both written and oral

- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
