## Description

We are seeking a LiveSmart Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing Group, a leading provider of housing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing access to buildings, providing a focused management service to residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes, and being a key-holder for the building.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be capable of working with internal teams to deliver services to residents, and be flexible, calm under pressure, and able to deal with emergencies.

Responsibilities:

- Manage access to buildings for residents, contractors, and visitors

- Be a key-holder for the building, ensuring security of communal areas and facilities

- Provide a focused management service to residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes

- Communicate effectively with residents and internal teams

- Organise and prioritise workload to deliver excellent services to customers

Requirements:

- Good customer care skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work flexibly and calmly under pressure

- Previous experience in Facilities Management (preferable)

- Working knowledge and understanding of the housing/building management sector (preferable)

- Good IT skills on a range of systems
