## Description

The Executive Team Leader Service & Engagement (Assistant Manager Front End) leads a team of Guest Advocates and Service and Engagement Leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include:

- Building a team of passionate and knowledgeable Guest Advocates and Service and Engagement Leaders

- Driving total store sales and understanding the team's contribution to profitability

- Anticipating staffing needs and talent planning

- Managing leaders to provide continuous education opportunities

- Engaging in development conversations and providing personalized recognition

- Establishing a culture of accountability and performance management

- Understanding business reporting and guest insights

- Responding to negative guest experiences and ensuring team support

- Managing schedules and staffing needs

- Promoting physical and digital offerings

- Utilizing guest survey reporting tools

- Leading the team to deliver an efficient and hassle-free guest pick-up experience

- Working a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Requirements:

- 4-year degree or equivalent experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong business acumen

- Conflict management and leadership skills

- Ability to relate well with all levels of the organization

- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision-making

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Physical demands, such as lifting and moving merchandise
