## Description

We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering a starting hourly rate of $17.50 USD per hour and a pay range of $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour.

As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Through this role, you will gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest-first culture, and develop skills in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming experience for all guests

- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests

- Stock, set, and sell Target products

- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Ability to work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
