## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Director, North American B2B Secular Shift – Property & Casualty Insurance to help drive growth in the segment through the commercialization of its solutions and value proposition.

The role involves engaging clients, identifying high-potential opportunities, building a strong and dynamic sales pipeline, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and executing the Property & Casualty Insurance Secular Shift go-to-market strategy across North America

- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Marketing, Franchise, and Customer Delivery

- Partnering with Account and Business Development teams to engage clients and identify high-potential opportunities

- Driving commercialization efforts and ensuring seamless execution of segment initiatives

- Tracking and managing pipeline performance using SFDC and commercialization tools

- Championing internal alignment across all product groups, Finance, Sales Excellence to generate buy-in and momentum

- Developing and promoting SMB growth strategies and identifying best practices

- Fostering sales enablement by creating compelling client materials and training sessions

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of POS and Invoice Payments in the Property & Casualty Insurance Segment, be driven by momentum and a sense of urgency, and be a commercially sharp leader who can connect customer needs to business outcomes.
