## Description

The Planning and Operations Specialist is a key member of the Usage Governance team, providing support for established programs and assisting in the creation of new revenue-generating programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Process usage program tasks through related tools, ensuring strict deadlines are met.

- Focus on accuracy and timeliness of data, identifying and correcting inconsistencies.

- Ensure program policies, processes, and guidelines are created, updated, and maintained.

- Maintain good working relationships with team members and global stakeholders.

- Manage Salesforce opportunities and activity.

- Respond to queries from members and stakeholders globally.

- Support onboarding of new members onto Salesforce.

**Required Skills:**

- Experience in creating dashboards using PowerBI.

- Salesforce Reporting.

- Proven experience managing multiple deliverables with shifting priorities.

- Deadline-driven project management.

- Managing large sets of data and related problem-solving.

- Advanced SQL capabilities.

- Expert-level Excel.

- Ability to create analysis and identify trends.

- Process management.

- Excellent communications and presentation skills.

- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.

- Shift flexibility.

- Ability to operate with minimal guidance.

- Refinitiv/LSEG data and systems knowledge.

- Financial industry knowledge.
