## Description

Join Target's team as a Warehouse Associate or Warehouse Worker! We offer two roles with different pay ranges:

- Warehouse Associate: starting at $21.65 per hour, with a pay range of $21.65 to $23.68 per hour

- Warehouse Worker: starting at $23.75 per hour, with a pay range of $23.75 to $26.61 per hour

You may also earn extra compensation through a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.

**$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Seasonal & Permanent Positions** Terms:

- Team members must be hired between 10/18/2026-12/19/2026

- Team members must be in an active & eligible role in good standing to receive payout after 90 days of employment

### What does a role in Warehouse Operations look like?

- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

- Attend safety trainings for a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests

- Ensure accurate processing of merchandise

- Work safely and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory

- Maintain a neat and organised work area

- Report to work on time and complete job tasks accurately

- Engage in problem-solving for continuous improvement

- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude

### Job requirements for both Warehouse Worker & Warehouse Associate:

- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally

- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and product documentation

- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Sufficient English proficiency to follow safety policies and instructions

### Additional Job Requirements:

#### Warehouse Worker only:

- Able to operate powered equipment safely (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift)

- Work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable
