As a Site Payments Specialist at ICON, you will be responsible for overseeing payment processes, ensuring compliance, and providing expert guidance to support effective payment administration and strategic funding initiatives.

**What You Will Do:**

You will lead on payment development tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and overseeing all aspects of the payment lifecycle, including payment review, processing, compliance monitoring, and reporting.

- Providing expert analysis and evaluation of payment data, and making recommendations for improvements.

- Ensuring adherence to payment regulations, and internal policies, and implementing best practices in payment management.

- Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports on payment performance, and compliance.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, program managers, and external partners, to support and optimize payment-related activities and initiatives.

- Staying informed about industry trends, and regulatory changes to enhance payment management practices and inform strategic decision-making.

**Your Profile:**

You will have a strong foundation in payment management, with the experience to work independently and guide others. Required qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline

- Extensive experience in payment management and administration, with a proven track record of managing complex payment processes and ensuring compliance.

- Deep understanding of payment regulations, and best practices in payment management.

- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate payment data, and provide strategic insights and recommendations.

- Proficiency in payment management software and financial reporting tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and team members.

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple payments and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
