## Description

Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited is seeking a Marketing Intern - Retail & Strategy Support. The intern will support the planning, creative development, and execution of the Summer Sales Campaign, assist in promoting and executing the Ford Certified Pre-Owned program, and analyze competitive incentive programs.

Responsibilities:

- Support the planning, creative development, and execution of the Summer Sales Campaign

- Assist in promoting and executing the Ford Certified Pre-Owned program

- Support completion of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements for the Marketing and Dealer Claims departments

- Analyze competitive incentive programs, including in-depth research into offers targeting priority shopper segments

- Evaluate existing and historical Ford incentive programs to assess effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for future program enhancements

- Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance processes and analytics through the application of AI tools

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree (B.Comm, BBA, or MBA) in progress

- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

- Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set

- Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

The expected hourly pay range for this position is:

- Undergraduate students: $22.25 - $30.12

- Graduate students: $31.72 - $34.89
