At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. We're a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful. We're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice in Florida.

The Associate Attorney will handle motor vehicle liability / automobile accident cases in litigation, representing plaintiffs. Responsibilities include:

- Day-to-day handling of litigation cases

- Drafting and filing of litigation documents

- Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process

- Interacting with expert witnesses

- Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree (J.D.) from a fully accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in Florida

- Ideally 3+ years of Personal Injury / auto liability / MVA experience

- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
