## Description

We're seeking a TPA Casualty Transportation Adjuster to join our rapidly growing Transportation division. As a Liability Commercial adjuster with Bodily Injury and Litigation experience, you will handle and investigate high exposure third-party property damage and bodily injury claims on a multi-state basis.

Key responsibilities include:

- Investigating high exposure claims

- Working with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and outside vendors to confirm coverage, determine liability, and evaluate damages

- Analyzing and applying coverage on routine and complex claims

- Adjudicating claims in a professional manner

- Providing excellent customer service

- Setting and maintaining diaries

- Completing client reporting timely

- Controlling loss adjustment expenses and recommending reserves

- Documenting all correspondence, reports, discussions, and decisions in the claims system

- Notifying management of any situations that may affect the underlying claim

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years commercial transportation experience

- Superior report writing skills

- Strong Time Management skills

- Effective Communicator

- Valid Texas all-lines license

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Above-average computer skills

- Litigation Experience required

- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
