## Description

As a Customer Success Associate, you will work with existing customers who use Datadog, providing training and implementation support, and following established sales methods to upsell and cross-sell. Your goal will be to maximise customer experience, build trust with customers, identify unique challenges and needs, and uncover opportunities to expand usage of Datadog products.

Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities to expand usage of Datadog products with small existing customers

- Manage the full sales cycle for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers

- Troubleshoot issues to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and product adoption

- Collaborate with internal teams, including support, product, and finance

- Act as an advisor to existing customers, ensuring effective use of solutions

Requirements:

- Customer-first mindset

- Hybrid position combining sales and customer success responsibilities

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Experience with upselling and cross-selling, including contract terms and price negotiation

- Multitasking and self-motivation
