## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking an Events Lead to plan and execute impactful events across Brazil. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in events marketing, preferably in the tech industry, and be fluent in Portuguese and English.

The Events Lead will own the full lifecycle of in-person owned events, third-party tech conferences, executive dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. They will develop and execute event plans aligned with business objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze event performance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute event plans across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and key Brazilian markets

- Organise third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic dinners with key customers and prospects

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and GTM teams for seamless execution

- Create compelling event messaging that resonates with Brazilian business audiences

- Manage event budgets and timelines end to end

- Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements

- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors across Brazil

Requirements:

- 5+ years events experience, with at least three in tech event marketing

- Native Portuguese speaker, English fluency required

- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian tech ecosystem and key industry events

- Experience working with Brazilian event agencies and production partners

- Based in São Paulo preferred
