## Description

We're seeking a Lead Lithography Engineer to serve as the technical authority for our patterning ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will architect the 'wet' process framework that translates quantum designs into hardware. This involves partnering with our EBL hardware experts to optimize beam-resist interactions while providing the technical vision for our track and optical lithography modules.

In this role, you will take ownership of the broader lithography and metrology roadmap as we accelerate our qubit manufacturing capabilities. You will work at the 'tip of the spear' in quantum computing, collaborating with world-leading experts in one of the few dedicated quantum foundries on earth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Architecting the 'wet' process framework that translates quantum designs into hardware

- Partnering with EBL hardware experts to optimize beam-resist interactions

- Providing the technical vision for our track and optical lithography modules

- Taking ownership of the broader lithography and metrology roadmap

- Collaborating with world-leading experts in quantum computing

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Ph.D. with 7+ years or M.S. with 10+ years of direct experience in lithography process development and integration. You should also have a strong understanding of the full lithography 'wet' stack, including CAR/non-CAR resist chemistry, reaction kinetics, CD control, and sub-micron overlay management.

Additionally, you will need to have hands-on proficiency with track systems, projection steppers, contact aligners, and maskless aligners (MLA). You should also be able to build process frameworks and drive technical strategy rather than just executing within existing ones.

If you're a motivated and experienced engineer looking to take on a leadership role in the field of quantum computing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
