## Description

We are seeking a Senior ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Solution Expert to represent our solutions to all levels of the tax, finance, and IT teams of global companies in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the senior ONESOURCE Indirect Tax solution expert, with a focus on the DACH region

- Own the solution strategy on complex, multi-country and strategic opportunities

- Lead solution demonstrations, discovery workshops, and proofs of value

- Take ownership of the client experience, ensuring customer excellence is delivered throughout the sales cycle and delivery process

- Represent Thomson Reuters as a credible expert voice in the indirect tax community

- Partner with Sales leadership on territory and account planning

- Be the DACH and Europe product expert for the Indirect Tax solutions

- Produce and maintain demo data and demo environments

- Support the preparation of technical resources for the Sales teams

- Work closely with the Sales team to achieve sales targets

- Work with Marketing and the Sales team on activities to drive new opportunities

- Mentor and coach other Solution Consultants

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Solution Consulting function

Requirements:

- Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in Indirect Tax / VAT

- Proven experience with indirect tax technology

- Knowledge of Indirect tax complex supply chain transactions

- Strong familiarity with ERPs widely used (SAP ECC / S/4HANA, Oracle)

- Dynamic presenter and quick thinker with personal gravitas

- Customer-oriented approach with strong skills in negotiation, complex problem-solving, and conflict management

- Highly entrepreneurial and ability to work across multiple teams

- Ability to successfully work in an agile environment

- Strong collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building skills

- Resourceful and highly organized self-starter

- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies

- Demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill others

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional European language skills

- Professional tax qualification

- Experience implementing, supporting, or pre-selling a tax determination engine or VAT compliance platform

- ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Compliance training certification

- ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination training certification
