## Description

This role focuses on growing and reporting on the local organic performance of agent websites (agents.farmers.com). The successful candidate will participate as a team member to develop marketing projects, new product designs, and sales promotion programs to assist the field in achieving Farmers' growth, retention, and product density objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing action plans and deadlines, assigning tasks to other individuals, tracking project status, testing, and evaluating quality assurance of products and promotions. The candidate will also direct and work on complex projects, develop results-oriented solutions for various distribution channels, display a leadership role on and off projects, train and lead new team members, and utilize expertise and skills to complete project assignments in several areas.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of local SEO, intermediate technical SEO, entry-level GEO, intermediate local content optimization, and intermediate Google Business Profile Optimizations. Proficiency in Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Business, and Excel is also required.
