The Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership (IONL) is seeking District Presidents across various regions in Indiana.

District Presidents will lead their respective districts and work closely with IONL to advance nursing leadership and excellence in healthcare.

### Open Positions:

- Northern District President: Frank Bradtke, Assistant Vice President at Methodist Hospitals

- Northeastern District President: Mindy Kurtz, Vice President of Emergency Services at Parkview Health

- Midwestern District President: Renea Smith, CNO at IU Health

- Eastern District President: Rachel Harbison, Director of Clinical Operations at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital

- Central Southwestern District President: Robin McCallister, Director of Nursing at Union Health

- Central District President: Ashley Parmer, Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine

- Southeastern District President: Nikki Benich, Director-Clinical Operations at IU Health

- Southwestern District President: Kourtney Radcliff, Chief Nursing Officer at Deaconess Hospital

### Responsibilities:

- Lead district members and facilitate communication with IONL

- Organize district events and meetings

- Collaborate with other district presidents to advance IONL's mission

- Provide feedback and insights to inform IONL's strategic initiatives

### Requirements:
