## Description

Stripe is looking for AI-enabled builders for its New Grad Accelerator program. As a Product Manager in this 12-month intensive training program, you will be paired with a host team within Stripe, given a broad mandate, and ideally placed full-time in a Product Manager role after completion of the program.

You will embed yourself deeply with Stripe's users, working with them daily to understand their needs and forge new solutions. You will own the entire lifecycle of a user problem, from initial discovery through design, implementation, deployment, and iteration.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working with users daily to understand their needs and develop solutions

- Owning the entire lifecycle of a user problem

- Building on a home team and learning across Stripe

- Having an ownership mindset to figure out technical constraints, unclear requirements, or process friction

- Optimizing workflows and tooling to increase leverage

Success metrics include:

- Delivering meaningful features and improvements week after week

- Maintaining Stripe's quality bar while moving faster than traditional team-based development

- Spreading AI-enabled development approaches to the rest of the team

Logistics:

- Location: In-person at Stripe offices in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York

- Experience level: New grad or 0-2 years of professional experience, with a CS or engineering degree
