## Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Experience Designer to join the EA SPORTS UFC team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Senior Experience Designer, you will help define the next generation of our franchise and play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for millions of players.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in game development, experience design, or a related product design field. You will have a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and showcasing your expertise in creating user-centered design solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the design of intuitive, responsive, and engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across different platforms

- Collaborating closely with creative, technical, and product partners to shape outstanding, player-centric experiences from concept through final delivery

- Creating and maintaining clear design documentation, including user flow diagrams, wireframes, and design specifications

- Leveraging AI tools and workflows to enhance design velocity, craft, and execution while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:

- 5-8+ years of experience in game development, experience design, or a related product design field

- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and showcasing your expertise in creating user-centered design solutions

- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Suites, or similar)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

Nice to have:

- Experience working on live service or AAA games

- A passion for video games and interactive entertainment

- A strong interest in the UFC brand
