Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering a market-leading customer experience.

Working Pattern: Thursday 08:00-16:00 Friday 08:00-16:00 Saturday 08:00-16:00 Sunday 09:00-17:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing 1-to-1 styling advice and tailoring recommendations to customers' unique needs

- Operating in a high-demand environment and maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to provide a personalised five-star service

- Adapting to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
