## Description

Mastercard Transaction Services (MTS) is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Corporate Treasury team in the Philippines.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of FX rates and margins instructions, while supporting treasury risk, controls and operational activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing daily activities related to the implementation of FX rates and margins instructions

- Streamlining and automating rates and margins processes, including leveraging AI tools

- Analyzing historical data to support decision-making and strategy development

- Identifying risks and developing action plans and SOX controls

- Preparing documentation and regular reporting for audit and control activities

- Leading and managing a team of approximately 4–5 employees

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing and/or managing SOX controls

- Hands-on experience supporting audits, including documentation and stakeholder reporting

- Strong hands-on experience in corporate treasury or a related treasury function

- Good understanding of foreign exchange fundamentals

- Minimum 2 years of people management or team supervisory experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau, with experience using AI tools

Work arrangements:

- Hybrid setup with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week at the Mastercard Transaction Services office in Ortigas Center, Pasig

- Quarterly rotating shifts (local Philippines hours)
