As a Sr. Analyst, you will help design, develop, and enhance foundational data forecasting tools that support PBM pricing and underwriting.

You will build a deep understanding of business processes and requirements to ensure analytical needs are accurately translated for technical partners.

Responsibilities include:

- Executing user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting quality assurance (QA) efforts to minimize production defects

- Translating business needs into clear analytical requirements for technical teams utilizing the JIRA platform

- Developing working knowledge of coding (SQL, SAS, Python) to support testing and ad hoc analysis

- Guiding users to existing tools and insights; identifying opportunities for new solutions

- Designing controls and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and governance

**Requirements:**

- 1+ years of experience in PBM or healthcare

- 1+ years of analytical experience (Excel, Tableau)

- 1+ year of coding experience (SQL, SAS, or Python)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working with IT teams in agile/Scrum environments

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Demonstrated curiosity and drive to understand business processes

- Ability to prioritize work and communicate clearly and logically

- Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams in complex organisations

- Innovative mindset with ability to challenge existing approaches

- Results-oriented with strong follow-through

- Degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or related field
