## Description

The Lodge, located in Highbridge, Somerset, is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join their team. The home provides residential support for 12 individuals with autism or mental health needs, as well as those with learning disabilities and mild to moderate behavioural challenges.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to ensuring residents' wellbeing. You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities, and contribute to maintaining safety, security, and confidentiality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring residents' personal needs are met, including personal care, participation in activities, and support with daily living tasks

- Completing daily administration tasks, such as updating care plans and charts

- Developing professional relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and visitors

- Contributing to maintaining safety, security, and confidentiality standards

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a related area, or an equivalent or higher recognised qualification. GCSEs or an NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths are also required. While experience in a related environment is desirable, it is not essential.
