## Description

You are a business-minded analytics leader who turns imperfect data into decisions executives can act on. You will lead a team responsible for GTM Data Science, Customer Data Management, and GTM Data Analytics and Strategy across a global go-to-market organisation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team spanning GTM Data Science, Customer Data Management, and GTM Data Analytics and Strategy.

- Define the analytics roadmap and priorities that support business planning, performance management, forecasting, segmentation, and strategic decision-making.

- Build executive-level reporting, dashboards, and measurement frameworks that give senior leaders visibility into what is working, what is not, and where to focus.

- Oversee customer and go-to-market data governance, quality, and consistency.

- Translate complex business questions from sales, marketing, and operations leaders into analytical approaches that deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

**The Impact You Will Have:**

- Shape how Synopsys uses analytics and data to drive better go-to-market decisions.

- Improve the quality, consistency, and accessibility of customer and go-to-market data.

- Build measurement frameworks and performance visibility that help senior leadership understand where growth is coming from and where it is at risk.

- Enable more effective planning and forecasting by surfacing insights that connect customer trends, market dynamics, and internal execution.

**Requirements:**

- 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, customer data management, or go-to-market strategy, with at least 5 years leading teams.

- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple analytics and data disciplines.

- Strong track record translating complex data and analysis into clear, compelling recommendations that influence senior leadership decisions.

- Experience building executive-level reporting, performance management frameworks, and decision-support capabilities in a complex, matrixed organisation.
