### What you'll do:

- Lead with empathy and win new business by understanding founders' needs.

- Curate meaningful connections through intimate dinners, events, and gatherings.

- Grow the network by building lasting relationships across top venture firms, accelerators, and early-stage communities.

- Collaborate deeply with our VC Partnerships and Relationship Management teams.

- Champion simplicity and help founders see how Mercury's tools make business banking effortless.

- Share insights from the field to inform future product direction.

### Compensation:

The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity, and benefits. The target new hire base salary range for this role is $169,900 - $212,400.
