## Description

Diageo is seeking a Supply Innovation & Brand Change Specialist to join their Supply Chain and Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovation and brand change pipeline, working closely with procurement and suppliers to define productivity ideas, and managing component and SKU data creations through SAP PLM.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver innovation and brand change pipeline as agreed with broader stakeholders

- Execute and manage innovation and brand change activities for LKJ, Imported Spirits, and Beer

- Lead packaging development and individual projects

- Support regulatory manager to register brand to BPOM system

- Manage gate paper as an order as business process

- Execute individual projects of innovation and brand change pipeline in a timely manner

- Manage component and SKU data creations through SAP PLM with high accuracy and timely preparation of product data and key developmental transactions

Requirements:

- Strong leadership capabilities

- Degree/Diploma level qualification or equivalent, ideally in a technical area

- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities

- Experience in R&D, business development, or a similar field

- Strong organization ability with good attention to detail

- Good communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills

- Ability to lead and work effectively in cross-functional teams

- Demonstrate deep personal accountability for great performance

- Ability to develop understanding of Brand Technical Centre and Brand Services processes and Ways of Working

- Ability to develop understanding of Project Management platform and Gate process

- Good organization, report preparation, and presentation skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field in the FMCG industry

- Experience with ISO 9001, Project management, and Manufacturing Improvement

- Knowledge of Diageo saving and productivity as part of AOP process

- Working knowledge of SAP

- Ability to interpret and analyze extensive data sources to identify cost-saving opportunities

- Track record of good engagement and communication skills

- Proficient in the use of standard business (MS Office) and Diageo packages
