## Description

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Maestro II to join our team at Accor in Arica, Chile.

As a Kitchen Maestro II, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling dishes, ensuring presentation and food safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and assembling dishes, following required standards and food safety norms

- Assisting immediate supervisors in maintaining area controls

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A proactive and organised approach

- Attention to detail

- Good teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to work with an open mindset

Requirements:

- Completed secondary education

- Food safety training courses

- Knowledge of various food preparation techniques

- Understanding of food safety practices

- Basic nutrition knowledge

Desirable qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in a similar role

- English language skills (intermediate level)

- Knowledge of food costs
